In April 2018, the first retailers will start with the rollout of OK. The all-in-one solution replaces the overstuffed wallet and enables the consumer to use one and the same app on their mobile to pay everywhere, works on all types of smartphones and bank accounts, and includes an automatic loyalty program. The affiliated retail partners that are starting this rollout, together are good for more than 5,000 OK points and guarantee a nationwide presence in all sectors. Towards the end of 2018, we expect to have at least 15,000 OK points in the Netherlands.

Total solution
Paying for your groceries at the supermarket or buying tickets for a concert. OK not only simplifies the payment process, but also manages your customer and member cards, checks whether any savings or discounts apply, automatically credits these discounts and saves the purchase receipt. Large Dutch players will offer OK soon, in supermarkets, food and hospitality services, pharmacies, bookstores, clothing stores and hardware stores. With the OK app, the user can also login online with affiliated partners; creating separate accounts all over the place is no longer necessary. After the rollout in retail, OK Ticket will become an important pillar. With OK, the consumer can buy tickets safely and quickly, after which they will appear directly in the OK app. OK puts an end to ticket fraud and thus guarantees a valid admission ticket. Above all, our secure app offers user convenience, insight and control.

Convenience everywhere
The founders are pleased that OK is accessible to everyone. According to CEO Olaf Litjens: "Our goal is to make the consumer’s everyday life easier. We are aiming at a target of 1 million downloads in the first year. We are proud to have many partners in all sectors in the Netherlands: from supermarkets and pharmacies to bookstores, clothing stores and hardware stores. By jointly embracing the OK app, everything becomes a lot clearer for the consumer. The consumer will be able to pay, login and buy tickets in the same way everywhere, and everything automatically works together."

Omnichannel solution
Retailers are enthusiastic; the OK platform provides an omnichannel solution that optimally serves their customers. Leendert van Eck from DEEN Supermarkten notes: "We will start in April with stores in Amsterdam and Diemen, and then quickly roll out to the rest of our stores. Besides customer ease of use, the OK platform offers us the possibility to link the online and offline world, because it works in all channels."
