MultiPay Global Solutions Wins Customer Experience Award

MultiPay Global Solutions announced today that it has won the ‘Best B2B Customer Experience – Professional Services Award’ at the UK Customer Experience Awards (UK CXA) 22. The win took place on Wednesday, 12th October 2022 as part of the UK CXA’s award finals and ceremony which were held at the world-renowned Wembley Stadium in London.

The award win saw MultiPay beat the competition across both a written submission and in-person presentation as it outlined how it helped The Travel Corporation return to growth by providing support to its on-the-move workforce of coach tour travel directors across Europe. Often located in rural locations and lacking reliable internet and telephone communications, MultiPay increased the travel directors’ self-service support for their payment terminals. Headquartered in London and with offices in Milan and Copenhagen, MultiPay was also able to ensure a smooth and consistent supply of devices was available to travel directors wherever they were in Europe as bookings for tours and experiences boomed again following the pandemic.
