Prosper, the wealth-building platform that helps its members grow their wealth through access to select investment vehicles on a low-fee basis, has teamed up with Griffin, the UK's leading bank for fintechs and platforms. With this partnership, Prosper has updated its banking infrastructure to streamline operations, solve reconciliation challenges, and offer Griffin's savings accounts to its members. Members now benefit from a much smoother funding experience, needing to fund only one account that is held in their own name and includes full Confirmation of Payee support and FSCS protection.

Designed to help members grow wealth by providing access to a range of diversified, global funds curated by their team of experts with little or no fees, Prosper is giving everyday people in the UK access to wealth-building tools, previously only available to sophisticated investors. Griffin's embedded bank accounts have been integrated into the Prosper app to address some critical needs around operational efficiency. This integration has transformed Prosper's infrastructure from a complex pooled system to a streamlined one-to-one dedicated flow, making customer fund identification and management straightforward while eliminating reconciliation challenges.

Additionally, Prosper has added Griffin's savings accounts into its wealth-building product suite, giving members access to even more competitive savings options alongside their investment portfolios.

Nick Perrett, CEO of Prosper, said:  “Building Prosper on market leading technology is absolutely critical for us to deliver the user experience our members expect and Griffin is proving to be an exceptional partner.”

David Jarvis, co-founder and CEO of Griffin, added: “What Prosper does - opening up sophisticated investments to everyday investors - is exactly the kind of product we want to support. We’re inspired by Prosper’s mission of enabling people to get more of the life they want and thrilled to be able to support them as their banking partner.”

The enhanced Prosper platform is already live, with thousands of members benefiting from the improved funding experience and access to Griffin's savings products as part of their wealth-building journey.
