Trust Payments, a leader in innovative commerce solutions across the UK, EU, and US, is proud to announce its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) as part of the AWS Partner Network (APN).

Trust Payments will become a part of a worldwide network of AWS Partners who utilise a range of programs, expertise, and resources to create, promote, and distribute customer solutions. Trust Payments will begin this process with their retail software suite, Trust Retail, which entails an electronic point of sale, self-checkout terminals, inventory management tools and mobile-based loyalty.

Joining the APN coincides with the launch of TrustGPT, an internal chatbot that is helping employees realise time efficiencies. Jan Henner, Head of Data Science at Trust Payments, is unveiling the tool at the AWS Summit London 2024, which brings together thousands of members of the cloud innovation community at the ExCeL London. In addition, Trust Payments CEO, Daniel Holden will discuss ‘The State of Software’ with Rousseau Dasgupta, Head of B2B Fintech UK at AWS.

Trust Retail prioritises the in-store experience, championing a data-driven approach that leverages product level, real-time customer data to improve the experience of staff, end customers and head office alike. Leveraging the technological expertise of AWS, Trust Retail will continue to innovate and advance the capabilities of its Converged Commerce™ suite.

Overall, joining the APN will mean that any Trust Payments or Trust Retail customer can further enhance their omnichannel operations and make data-driven decisions at scale, benefitting from the trust and security of AWS technology and Trust Payments’ expert knowledge of consumer technology software.

“We are delighted that we have been accepted as members of the Amazon Partner Network (APN). This partnership will increase the reach of Trust Payments, allowing a broader network of customers to benefit. This process has also confirmed Trust Payments’ and Trust Retail’s operational excellence, security, and software resilience.”

Chief Information Officer, Trust Payments

As part of the partnership, Trust Payments will be able to add its solutions onto the AWS Marketplace, a curated digital catalogue that makes it even simpler for customers to find, test, buy, and deploy Trust Payments’ solutions. The Trust Retail product set would be the first to be added.

This comes at a time when Trust Payments is expanding into new industries and diving deeper into data science through various expert tools. These include a solution to help gambling firms detect the probability of harm among customers, an online analytics dashboard for hoteliers to view, analyse, and compare industry-specific performance metrics, and an offering that delivers relevant and actionable insights into payment processing, risk, and peer performance data across the cryptocurrency market.
