NCR and INETCO Help CU Anytime to Manage Multi-Vendor ATMS

CU Anytime will deploy an integrated channel management software solution from NCR and INETCO to proactively manage 225 multi-vendor ATMS.

Next generation self-service management, cash optimization and real-time transaction monitoring software will be integrated to improve availability, reduce operational costs and guarantee exceptional service delivery to members.

Combining incident management data, cash utilization data and real-time transaction data into a single view delivers the true enterprise-wide awareness banks and credit unions need to manage their next generation of self-service networks.

It also allows support to CU Anytime credit unions by providing monitoring and management services for deployment of new branch devices like, ITMs, video teller machines. ”
