Inclusive global payments platform, Ecommpay, is breaking through the noisy payments services marketplace with its unwavering commitment to being a Next Gen PSP 2.0. Underpinned by its clear focus on financial inclusivity, Ecommpay has grown transaction volume by 19% and processing volume by a remarkable 25% year-on-year. In the same period, merchants utilising Ecommpay’s seamless, global payments infrastructure saw an impressive 8% jump in acceptance rates.

Arturs Gocs, Chief Operational Officer, Ecommpay, commented: “2024 was an exciting year at Ecommpay. We strengthened our team’s professional skill set while deepening key partnerships and enriching the range of cutting-edge payment solutions we deliver. By blending intelligent automation with expert human oversight, we have accelerated our speed and capacity without losing the personal touch our clients value. Our research into checkout pain points for merchants and consumers alike has already informed new features and services, ensuring we stay ahead of evolving customer expectations and continue to fuel meaningful growth.

“We are in a strong position to continue disrupting the payments marketplace, standing out from the crowd with our accessible and inclusive payments platform and growing the suite of payment methods and solutions to suit any business and its end customer.”

2024 saw the launch of Ecommpay’s new accessible website and payments platform, with rigorous testing by the Digital Accessibility Centre (DAC) ensuring its accessibility for those with visual and hearing impairment and cognitive and physical disabilities. The business also launched Ecommpay for Good, a dedicated inclusivity programme with its Guide to Digital Accessibility, offering merchants essential tools and guidance to enhance their own accessibility.

Extending its payments offering in 2024, Ecommpay launched Mastercard Click to Pay, Bacs and SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal subscription payments and Payouts via Hosted Payment Page. The company also secured new commercial partnerships, extended the range of Alternative Payment Methods available to over 100 and won multiple industry awards.

The past 12 months have brought Ecommpay clients and their customers a more streamlined payout experience – from instant access to preferred cards on any mobile device, to a simplified checkout journey and reduced time to checkout. Bacs and SEPA Direct Debits and Paypal subscription payments streamline recurring payments by significantly reducing resource requirement and simplifying cash flow management for businesses and consumers alike.
