GMC Software, a leader in customer communications management, announced today that it was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its report, The Forrester WaveTM: Customer Communications Management, Q2 2016. In this evaluation, GMC Software was cited as a Leader for its GMC Inspire solution. GMC Software is one of only three solutions designated as a Leader out of the 14 solutions evaluated in the report. GMC Inspire achieved the top score in both the current offering and strategy categories. It tied for the highest score for the document input design and creation criterion, and was top-ranked for the business, collaboration and channel support criterion. It was also among the top three highest scores for the workflow, automation and reporting criterion.
