Valley National Bank Taps nCino to Streamline Commercial Lending

nCino, the worldwide leader in cloud banking, today announced that $23 billion-asset Valley National Bank has selected its Bank Operating System to boost efficiency and enhance communication across the commercial loan process.

As one of the largest commercial banks in New Jersey, Valley National Bank identified the need for a comprehensive solution to automate and simplify its commercial loan business from origination to funding. With nCino’s Bank Operating System, the bank gains a single, secure cloud-based platform, built on Salesforce.com, that combines customer relationship management, loan origination, workflow, enterprise content management, business process management and instant reporting. The bank expects faster loan turnaround as a result of increased process efficiency, while also creating an enhanced borrower experience.

nCino’s Bank Operating System also provides Valley National Bank greater transparency into the loan process. The visibility provided by the cloud-based platform will empower employees with a 360-degree view of both individual loans as well as the entire portfolio, enabling them to identify and correct any inefficiencies in real time. Such insight also allows employees to more accurately and effectively communicate with customers about the status of their loans.
