UK tech scale-ups are at risk of failing to meet their growth potential by not appointing artificial intelligence (AI) experts to their boards, according to new research from global growth consultancy, Think & Grow.

Just a third (32%) of the UK’s fastest-growing technology scale-ups boast AI expertise on their boards compared to four in ten (40%) of the largest tech companies on the FTSE 350 index.
