Tinkoff Investments has become the first  Russian broker to offer a fully online service for gifting stock. 

Tinkoff customers can send a stock gift to another customer or to a person who has  no account with Tinkoff Investments. Eligible financial instruments include those that  are available to non-qualified investors who have not yet passed the Bank of  Russia’s mandatory test for trading complex financial instruments, including: 

● stocks; 

● bonds; and/or 

● shares of exchange-traded funds.
