Trading Systems

UK — CEX.IO Bitcoin exchange launched today BTC/USD and ETH/BTC margin trading with 1:2 and 1:3 leverages on its platform. The exchange has developed a special risk-preventing system that guarantees that margin trading cannot move user’s balance to negative values.

Margin trading by CEX.IO has a range of competitive advantages making it easy and attractive even for beginners. Thus, there is no need to open any extra margin account, and borrowing funds is done automatically together with position placement.

Killer feature of margin trading on CEX.IO is a unique risk-preventing system guaranteeing that trading on leverage cannot move user’s balance to negative values. Margin trading fees include commission for position opening and rollover fee that is charged only for efficient time period, while position is opened.

Launch of margin trading has also coincided with introduction of thenew volume-tiered trade fee schedule on CEX.IO. Within the new scheme, maker fee will remain 0%, while takers will be able to significantly reduce their trade fee the more they trade in their accounts.

Currently, CEX.IO offers 1:2 and 1:3 leverages for trading BTC/USD and ETH/BTC. The company is planning to launch margin trading on other pairs in the nearest time.
