John Whitmarsh Joins Vyze as Chief Financial Officer

Vyze, a leader in financial technology solutions, is pleased to announce that John Whitmarsh has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Whitmarsh brings over 20 years of financial management expertise to Vyze's executive team, having helped grow multiple private equity-backed SaaS and venture-backed technology companies.

"John is a tried-and-true leader with a wealth of experience guiding technology companies as chief financial officer," said CEOKeith Nealon. "His proven ability to identify growth opportunities in technology businesses makes him the perfect fit for Vyze, and we are all delighted to have him join the Vyze family."

Previously, Whitmarsh was the CFO for Zenoss Inc., a provider of unified IT monitoring and management solutions for physical, virtual and cloud-based IT infrastructures. He also held CFO roles at Century Payments (Worldpay), Misys Transactions Services (Allscripts), Digital Motorworks (ADP) and MessageOne (Dell), where he was named 2009 Best CFO for private companies by the Austin Business Journal.

Vyze rebranded from NewComLink in April, and Whitmarsh's addition will improve the company's ability to scale and manage rapid growth with brands and their customers. More recently, Vyze also introduced Nealon and secured $13M in additional funding.
