Avention Inc (“Avention”), a leader in business information solutions, has appointed Arthur Bradbury and Rob Eaton to its fast-growing London team, as Vice President Enterprise Sales and Director of Sales SMB respectively. Both join Avention at an exciting time in the company’s evolution as it looks to continue growing sales beyond its core US market through a vertical market strategy in Enterprise, an acquisition plan in SMB and expansion in Asia Pacific.

Arthur has 15 years of experience of managing people and clients in the data industry, having previously worked for Wolters Kluwer, Euromonitor and Emap. Arthur has worked with companies in the UK, Australia and across Europe, and brings a wealth of experience in building strong relationships and transitioning these into meaningful partnerships. Arthur is tasked with building out the UK’s Enterprise team to support and develop its clients and prospects across Europe; bringing together a team of highly experienced industry focused individuals is key to this strategy, enabling Avention to better understand the needs of the clients it serves.

Rob is a multiple award winning Sales Manager and has worked in the data industry for over 20 years for global business information leaders such as D&B and Experian. In his new role as Director of Sales SMB, Rob aims to build a dynamic, hard-working and successful sales team in order to drive new business wins and support the company’s growth objectives.

Arthur and Rob follow Paul Charmatz into the business, who was recently appointed Senior Vice President International to lead the company’s growth in the European and AsiaPac divisions. Commenting on the appointments, Paul said: “I am delighted to welcome both Arthur and Rob to Avention. Both are experts in understanding client needs and leading a team to develop and deliver tailored solutions that support our clients’ growth strategies. These appointments will be instrumental in building out our customer base in Enterprise and SMB.”

The number of sales staff in international offices has increased by 20% in the last year as Avention has brought its revamped product line to new geographies and platforms. The company has also recently announced the launch of its Avention Partner Connect program, which enables partners to help their clients identify usable insights that improve the efficiency of sales, marketing, research and other business processes.
