Trygen Ingenico Payment cartridge created to help retailers rapidly deploy international sites and accept foreign currency payments out-of-the-box

Tryzens has strengthened its strategic partnership with Ingenico Payment Services, who will be the first payment provider to launch with Tryzens out-of-the-box version of Demandware Commerce, Trygen.

Recently launched by Tryzens, the eCommerce and retail solutions provider, Trygen has been integrated with a selected suite of cartridges and components from several of the leading third-party applications providers. This pre-configured solution – based on the Demandware Commerce platform – ensures that retailers can be up and running within a 12-week time-to-market window. One of the key market segments the solution is targeted are retailers looking to test and exploit international markets whilst minimising capital and operational risks.

Ingenico is a leading provider of innovative multi-channel financial and marketing solutions, helping merchants to manage, collect and secure their payments, reducing fraud and increasing client revenues through higher sales conversions. More than 50,000 businesses in over 70 countries worldwide use Ingenico Payment Services to manage and secure their online and mobile payments which made them a logical partner to be the first payments provider to fully integrate with the Trygen solution.

Kaloyan Yordanov, Demandware Practice Lead at Tryzens, stated: “The retail payments landscape is in a state of fundamental transformation, and online retailers in particular need to move swiftly if they are to take advantage of the opportunities on offer in the global payments business, or risk losing out to more agile competitors. Retailers have to remain at the forefront of the new world of global payments and with Trygen we are seeking to demystify the issue by providing a seamless integration between the ecommerce platform and the payment service, allowing our clients to focus on their operations and merchandising.

“We are delighted to welcome Ingenico as our first payments partner for Trygen and look forward to a strong and fruitful partnership.”

Nico Van Miltenburg, Head of Channel Partners at Ingenico Payment Services, added: “This partnership is a logical step in the continued expansion of our portfolio of customers worldwide. We strive to help merchants to increase international sales through empowering payment solutions. We are already part of the Demandware LINK Partner Programme, so joining forces with Tryzens will give retailers access to our comprehensive range of international payment methods and fraud management solutions, pre-configured within the Demandware environment.”

Demandware itself is a cloud-based technology for retailers, allowing them to develop and manage custom digital commerce and mobile commerce sites. The technology includes an open, cloud-based platform with applications for e-commerce merchants, developers and administrators.

Yordanov concluded: “This is the ideal solution for retailers who have a need for a rapid market launch and lower entry point for deployment, delivering for them a robust, scalable and feature-rich eCommerce platform, one which is future facing and all capable of being delivered in under 12 weeks!”
