Bupa Dental Care is now accepting American Express (Amex) in the UK, giving patients more payment options and access to exclusive offers when using their Amex Card for dental treatment.

Starting 2 June, all new and existing patients will be able to pay with their Amex Card at any Bupa dental practice across the UK. With more than 360 locations, Bupa Dental Care is one of the UK’s leading dental providers, offering general dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and specialist care pathways linked to its wider healthcare network.

Exclusive offers and discounts for American Express Cardmembers spending with Bupa Dental Care will be available in the near future.

This comes at a time when attitudes toward dental care are changing, with more people prioritising their oral health as part of their overall wellbeing. The private dental sector has seen significant growth[1] – private general dentistry grew by 58% between 2020 and 2024, with a further 22% increase projected by 2029. Cosmetic dentistry has also surged, expanding by 42% over the same period and expected to grow another 14% by 2029.
