Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced at GITEX 2014 the launch of its first smart mobile app.  The Mobile Application provides investors with enhanced services and the opportunity to experience the latest technologies ADX offers with real-time quotes, news & announcements and tools that keep investors up-to-date with market activities.

The launch of this new application is part of ADX’s continuous efforts towards developing its services to accommodate customers’ needs and also towards making its investors trading activities more accessible. The new app provides a market summary on the Indices, and ADX’s listed companies’ activities, as well as providing multiple watch lists to keep track of investors’ preferred stocks. 

On the launch of the new app, CEO of ADX, Mr. Rashed Al Balooshi said: “Mobile technology is an important tool for opening up opportunities for investors on the move and those who do not have access to other trading portals. We hope that by introducing our first smart app our investors will attain an easier access to their investment and trading activities. We live in a fast world today. ADX smart app is considered an advanced system characterized by several unique features as it enables investors toa portfolio tracking which includes tracking error index and provide daily investor portfolio gains and losses daily and overall. It also shows multiple order books in one page as well as providing the ability to view market activities at the same time.  One more advance feature in the app is market info that provides a historical summary of citizenship trading, regional summary trading, client type, and most active symbols by value.  The app also contains various other unique features as sector info which provides information of sector performance, sector watch list, and sector disclosures.
