This summer advisers using Intelliflo’s Personal Finance Portal (PFP) will have the option to interact digitally with their clients via virtual face-to-face meetings, thanks to an integration with SaleMove. This will allow them to securely share and view documents and other information in PFP, safe in the knowledge that all ‘conversations’ are automatically recorded against the client record in Intelligent Office (iO).

The award-winning SaleMove technology provides a secure environment for sharing and viewing financial information such as review documents, product options and investment risk mapping, allowing advisers and clients to choose chat, audio or full video conversations in real time. The technology will be fully integrated with Intelliflo’s PFP system, providing advisers with the flexibility to offer clients fully functional virtual face-to-face meetings.

Another benefit of the integration is that all meetings carried out using the system will be recorded, something that is likely to become a requirement when MiFID II comes into force in 2018.

Nick Eatock, Intelliflo’s Executive Chairman comments: “Our aim with PFP is to provide advisers with time-efficient, multi-functional options that will enable them to profitably service clients with a broad range of needs and asset levels. Traditional face-to-face meetings are time intensive for both clients and advisers but having personal interaction is one of the cornerstones of service for advisers. Having the ability to speak face-to-face with a client via a recordable digital format and be able to review documents together in a secure format makes virtual meetings highly effective and a viable alternative to meeting in person.”

Dan Michaeli, Chief Executive Officer of SaleMove added “Automation is, without a doubt, a cornerstone of the future of customer experience. Providing speed and security with geographic ambiguity is expected in this age. When it comes to personal finances, however, providing the best customer experience requires a level of comfort that only one-on-one collaboration can give. We are proud to bring this valuable personal interaction to PFP and look forward to helping bring the face-to-face experience online for all users.
