Eagle Investment Systems LLC, a BNY Mellon company and leading provider of financial services technology, has brought its client conference, Engage 2016, to a close at the JW Marriott in Orlando.

Engage 2016, which ran over four days between November 13-16, attracted over 95 Eagle and BNY Mellon client organizations from across the globe to explore the innovative ways that Eagle and BNY Mellon’s solutions can help investment managers and asset owners grow their businesses and realize new efficiencies within their organization. The conference featured over 50 breakout sessions, demonstrations, presentations and lecture talks, showcasing new product initiatives and development roadmaps to enable attendees to maximize their technology investments. The conference received support from over 30 sponsors who work closely with Eagle and BNY Mellon; elite and platinum support came from Dell EMC, Microsoft, and Oracle. The open format of the event facilitated networking opportunities and allowed delegates to share best practices with their peers and assembled industry experts.

The keynote speech at Engage 2016 was delivered by graffiti artist, best-selling author, entrepreneur and philanthropist, Erik Wahl. Erik brought his unique background as a world renowned artist and business author to the keynote and delivered an on-stage performance that encapsulated his central message that innovation and creativity can drive performance and profitability.

“This year’s Engage conference centered on investing in our client’s future and has been among the most interactive and collaborative events that we’ve experienced since launching our client conference 17 years ago,” said Mal Cullen, Chief Executive Officer at Eagle. “Today’s investment environment is more dynamic and demanding than ever and we are thrilled that so many of our clients were able to come and learn more about how Eagle and BNY Mellon are helping investment firms thrive.”

“This event has always been a catalyst to drive ongoing dialogue and collaboration between Eagle and our clients,” added Diane McLoughlin, Chief Client Officer. “Our aim is to give all attendees valuable and actionable insights they can use to help their firms drive real business results, from the latest product enhancements to key trends from leading minds throughout the industry.”
