Connected Claims Europe 2018 returns to London this October (29th & 30th) to welcome 250+ senior insurance claims executives. The event is focussed on uncovering how insurers are taking steps to re-engineer the claims function to raise operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

Now is the time for claims to realise the potential that technology offers to satisfy the high expectations of the modern client and drive operational efficiency. The claims process is changing for the better and will continue to do so as technological re-engineering continues. With intelligent understanding and manipulation of data, careful integration of automation, mobile customer engagement methods and further implementation of AI, insurers can equip themselves to better serve clients’ needs and rise above the competition.

Connected Claims Europe (29th & 30th October, London) is the only event that matches the latest customer feedback with technological innovation in the claims process. Through a practical retelling of insurer success stories, this event guarantees a detailed reveal of what works and what hasn’t. Crucially, the conference will deliver exclusive insights on the next step of this technological revolution.

Attend, and stay abreast of the competition by anticipating how analytics, automation, chatbots and AI will disrupt the industry further by providing the best possible customer experience of claims.

Over 25 thought-leaders, including Heads of Claims and Transformation from Generali, Zurich, AXA, Aviva, AIG, Munich Re, If Insurance and many more, will provide attendees with actionable strategies and insights into the ongoing transformation of claims processes through a practical, case study-driven agenda.

For example, Mario Ricco (Global Head of Claims, Generali) will address how his organisation has prioritised the ‘simplification of claims’ whereas Andrea Lorenzoni (Global Chief Claims Officer, Commercial, Zurich) will look at major themes such as cyber and climate change and the impacts of these factors on the sector. AXA’s UK Claims Technical Director, Martin Ashfield will share details on how the company is balancing technology with customer requirements.

Aside from accessing relevant content and listening to case study presentations, attendees will be able to forge invaluable industry connections by networking with a pan-European audience of senior claims leaders. The event has historically attracted an audience of 65% insurers and 10-15% insurtech, with insurers representing not just the UK but also Spain, Portugal, France, Germany and the Nordic regions too.

To enhance the networking experience, Insurance Nexus (the event organisers) include free access to the bespoke conference networking app, ‘Brella’. Brella allows attendees to reach out and connect with each other before the event and schedule 1:1 meetings. This way, delegates can maximise their time and make invaluable contacts during the two days. There is also a drinks reception on the evening of the 29th.
