Spend Management Gets Red Carpet Treatment at Ivalua On Air

 Ivalua, a leading global spend management solutions provider, today announced a series of new products and new customers to a record audience of procurement and technology executives at Ivalua On Air, the company’s global cinema-themed customer and partner event in Paris.
Attendees gathered in the world famous Lido Cabaret to hear speakers from Whirlpool, Credit Agricole, Covea and FNAC, among others, share insights and advice about spend management best practices and to learn about new products and features in Ivalua’s cloud-based suite of spend management solutions.

Ivalua provides procurement and finance teams at top performing companies with a cloud-based software suite for managing a global base of suppliers, spend, contracts and strategic decision-making tied to a proven purchase-to-pay foundation. More than 500,000 users log into Ivalua’s solutions every day, and last year the company grew revenues by more than 40 percent while expanding its regional presence across new countries in Europe and North and South America.
New Products & Features
Speaking to a capacity crowd, Ivalua Corporate CEO David Khuat-Duy announced the launch of the Ivalua AddOn Store, a major new capability across the Ivalua suite of procurement solutions. The AddOn Store enables Ivalua customers to search for and instantly install pre-configured templates and “add-ons” to their system, and AddOns can be created and shared with other Ivalua customers through a global AddOn network. Examples of Ivalua AddOns include:
·         RFP Templates

·         Supplier catalog connectors

·         Screen layout and design “themes”

·         Contract clause templates

·         Homepage dashboards

·         Industry-specific workflows and alerts

“Innovation has always been at the heart of Ivalua, and the AddOn Store continues a long tradition of bringing something unique, practical and slightly ahead-of-its-time to procurement teams,” said Khuat-Duy. “With the AddOn Store, our customers and partners can now collaborate with each other and share knowledge and best practices at a whole new level.”
Other major new product announcements included the launch of Dynamic Discounting, a new module enabling real-time interaction with suppliers during the payment cycle to drive savings by modeling and executing early-payment options. Khuat-Duy also demonstrated a new capability within Ivalua’s Invoicing solution that instantly captures, converts and manages unstructured invoice data received in non-standard formats.
“We believe procurement teams can unlock significant value when they work more effectively with suppliers, and Ivalua’s new Dynamic Discounting and Invoice Data Capture capabilities are good examples of practical collaboration around specific processes that are enabled by our technology,” said Khuat-Duy.
Additional product announcements included solutions to visualize and analyze complex data sets, drive additional savings across a global supply base and enhance ease-of-use for every type of user.  Major new features and solutions in the Ivalua suite include:
- Configurable Dashboards & Reports, including new chart types and screen layouts unique to individual users or teams.
- Universal Search, a powerful system-wide tool that anticipates inquiries and probes all data including attached documents and files;
- API Workbench, a set of pre-configured technical interfaces as well as a toolkit to easily configure standard adapters across the entire Ivalua platform.
- Ivalua Academy, an online learning center for the full suite of Ivalua solutions, with multimedia courseware and training certification for all user types, from beginning users through advanced administrators and integration partners.
- Enhanced Mobile Administration, a significant enhancement that enables screen configuration for specific users on any mobile device, and the ability to centrally administer user experience regardless of how users access the Ivalua suite.
Business Growth & New Customers
In addition to the product news, Ivalua announced that more than 30 new customers have signed with Ivalua in 2015, including Scotiabank, Serta Simmons Bedding, GKN and MNH. Ivalua is also continuing to expand its global presence with new customers in Asia including Phoenix Petroleum and Graphite India.
