Compass Plus, an international provider of retail banking and electronic payments software to processors and financial institutions, has announced that it has appointed Payhuddle Solutions, a payments consulting organisation, as the authorised distributor of its software products in India, Sri Lanka and Myanmar. As part of the new strategic partnership, Payhuddle will be responsible for marketing, delivery and support of Compass Plus solutions in these countries.

Payhuddle’s team has decades of payments consulting experience and provides consulting services to acquirers and payment processors for terminal integration and host certification. Alongside having performed thousands of terminal integration certifications and undertaken many consulting projects, Payhuddle also provides host simulators and testing tools for payment schemes. It works with multiple acquirers, processors and payment schemes across South Asia.

“After being introduced to Compass Plus, the synergy between our organisations, products, services and business objectives were immediately apparent,” said Prakash Sambandam, CEO at Payhuddle. “We are looking forward to a long and prosperous partnership between our two companies.”

“This is an ideal partnership; on the one hand Compass Plus maintains a world class application software portfolio but requires local, in-country partners. On the other hand, Payhuddle is an organisation that aspires to represent complementary software solutions,” said Alexander Bespaly, VP and Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Compass Plus.
