Cyscale Raises €3m to Provide Contextual Cybersecurity Analysis for Efficient Cloud Security

Cyscale, a graph-based cloud security analysis company, announces the successful completion of a €3m funding round. The round was led by Notion Capital, with participation from Seedcamp, GapMinder, Micha Hernandez van Leuffen, previously founder of Wercker and now Fiberplane and NP-Hard Ventures; and David Mytton, founder of Console.dev and Server Density. Within most modern infrastructures, all cyber assets are interconnected, generating a massive digital footprint for organizations.

Kiln Raises $5 Million Funding Round for Institutional Staking as a Service Platform

Kiln, a leading enterprise-grade staking platform for institutions, crypto-native and fintech companies, today announced the completion of a $5 million funding round. The funding round included Third Kind Managing Partner and Andreessen Horowitz board partner Shana Fisher, SV Angel, Blue Yard, Alven and Kima Ventures. Kiln will use the funds to bring on new talent, enhance its technology and build out its service, which enables fintech, crypto companies and financial institutions to offer 1-click staking of crypto assets to their customers or to stake their own crypto-assets directly with Kiln.

Trellis Announces Investment from Amex Ventures

Trellis, the company leading a fundamental shift in how businesses and consumers engage with insurance,announced an investment from Amex Ventures. Trellis issued its Series A preferred stock in June 2021, led by QED Investors with participation from NYCA Partners and General Catalyst. This latest investment brings Trellis’ total funding to $17 million since inception. Trellis helps partners integrate insurance as part of their holistic suite of financial offerings by creating an easier, more integrated insurance shopping experience for consumers.

Dutch Fintech In3 Raises $85.3 Million Series B Round and Announces Partnership With Mollie

in3, a Dutch 'Buy-Now-Pay-Later' (BNPL) fintech has announced an $85.3m Series B funding round from the British VC Force over Mass, U.S. institutional asset manager Waterfall Asset Management LLC and Dutch investor Finch Capital. Launched in 2018, in3 gives consumers the option to pay in 3 installments without interest or other hidden costs. Current customers include Kwik Fit, EP, La Souris, Matt sleeps, Dekbed-Discounter among others. Today’s news follows their $11.1m series A round just two months ago in March 2022 and takes the total funding raised to $96.4m.

Crowdz Secures $10M Strategic Investment, Led by Citi and Global Cleantech Capital

Small and mid-sized enterprise (SME) finance platform Crowdz has secured $10 million in investment, led by Citi and Global Cleantech Capital, with participation from Bold Capital Partners, TFX Capital, and Augment Ventures. Citi's investment was led by the Spread Products Investment Technologies (SPRINT) team, the strategic investing arm of the bank's industry-leading Global Spread Products division. Existing investor Global Cleantech Capital, a Netherlands-based growth venture capital firm, joined Citi in leading the round.

Findity Raises 50 Million SEK to Accelerate its International Expansion

The Swedish expense management provider Findity raises 50 million SEK from private investors such as Johan Blomquist, former partner at Altor, Niklas de Bésche, former CEO of Meltwater, as well as existing owners and staff. The company will use the investment to accelerate its international expansion and product development. Furthermore, a comprehensive rebrand brings their two brands together under one Findity.
