2021 has been a remarkable year for ID Finance, not only in terms of performance, but also of talent. Overall, the team grew significantly to over 600 employees, including our tech team.

In Spain the team has doubled to over 90 employees, whereas in Mexico talent grew 20% to 115 employees.  

Due to the increasing number of the team in both countries, ID Finance has expanded its working spaces. Thus, in Mexico the company has recently opened up an additional working space. Our CEO, Boris Batin, along with ID Finance Mexico CEO, Yannick del Ponte, presided the inaugural ribbon cutting ceremony, which was as well covered by the renown Mexican newsoutlet El Universal.

In Spain, ID Finance has also added additional working facilities both in Barcelona and Madrid, designed to meet the needs of a team which is expected to keep growing as our neobank Plazo is further developed.
