Global network transformation services company, Xalient, has announced the appointment of Mike Shishman as Vice President, Americas.

In this role, Mike is responsible for leading and building Xalient’s team in the US to meet growing regional demand. He will also assume immediate leadership of three of Xalient’s flagship US-based accounts, Keurig Dr Pepper, Kellogg’s and Mondelez, based out of Xalient’s Chicago office.

A graduate from Purdue University and Krannert School of Management, Mike brings more than 20 years of global business management experience gained in senior technology roles at Avaya, Tierpoint, Eltek and NaviSite.

“I am excited to be joining Xalient, which, as an independent company, can respond quickly to client needs and remain impartial and customer-focused in its solutions. My goal is to ensure we are part of every meaningful conversation large enterprises are having about secure network transformation” Mike said.

“Mike is a great addition to our global leadership team. He has deep technology experience in cloud, networks and managed services combined with multiple years of senior business development experience across all markets,” said Sherry Vaswani, Xalient CEO. “We look forward to further expanding our US presence and ensuring that our Network-as-a-Service proposition, bringing together the value of SD-WAN, cloud security and identity management, is communicated to the growing global enterprise market”.

The addition of Shishman caps off a successful first half of 2019, during which Xalient signed new partnerships with several leading global industry players, all of whom have selected Xalient to support and improve the implementation of their global transformation strategies.
