Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced today that Compass EMP, a Victory Capital investment franchise, will list three new exchange-traded funds (ETFs), Compass EMP US Small Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index ETF (Symbol: CSA), Compass EMP US Large Cap High Dividend 100 Volatility Weighted Index ETF (Symbol: CDL) and Compass EMP US Small Cap High Dividend 100 Volatility Weighted Index ETF (Symbol: CSB) on The Nasdaq Stock Market®. The funds will begin trading today, July 8, 2015.

"We are excited to introduce these additions to our family of broad market, strategic beta funds that help enhance market efficiency through fundamental criteria and security volatility weighting," said Stephen Hammers, Chief Investment Officer at Compass EMP.

CSA seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the CEMP US Small Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index before fees and expenses. The Index is a passive broad market index consisting of the common stock of the 500 largest U.S. based companies with a market capitalization of less than $3 Billion with four quarters of positive earnings weighted based on their daily standard deviation (volatility).

CDL seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the CEMP US Large Cap High Dividend 100 Volatility Weighted Index before fees and expenses. The Index is a passive broad market index consisting of the common stock of the highest 100 dividend yielding stocks of the CEMP U.S. Large Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index. The 100 largest U.S. based companies with four quarters of positive earnings are weighted based on their daily standard deviation (volatility).

CSB seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the CEMP US Small Cap High Dividend 100 Volatility Weighted Index before fees and expenses. The Index is a passive index and generally consists of the common stock of the 100 highest dividend yielding stocks of the CEMP U.S. Small Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index. The index securities are then weighted based on their daily standard deviation (volatility).

"We appreciate Compass EMP's trust in choosing to expand their product suite at The Nasdaq Stock Market," said Jeff McCarthy, Vice President and Head of ETP Listings at Nasdaq. "Nasdaq aims to fuel innovation in the market and that's exactly what Compass EMP does with the new funds, CSA, CDL and CSB. The funds seek an alternative approach to track the CEMP Volatility Weighted Indexes."
