Under terms of the agreement, NYI will resell RiverMeadow's cloud migration Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to customers who want to move workloads onto NYI public, private and hybrid cloud environments.

NYI customers are already taking advantage of the automated workload migration service. DG3, a leading provider of global print, technology, and visual communication services, recently migrated workloads running on a dedicated server to NYI's cloud. The company revealed how the RiverMeadow SaaS workload migration automation eliminated the need to undertake a huge amount of migration work that they weren't willing or able to do.

Whether NYI customers need to burst for additional compute during peak network usage periods, re-platform infrastructure or leverage NYI for disaster recovery, RiverMeadow will provide a secure and automated cloud migration experience for businesses to move workloads between on-premise data centers and NYI cloud offerings.
