HDFC Selects ZineOne Customer Interactions Hub

Banking

HDFC Bank Ltd., one of India's premier digital banks has partnered with ZineOne to provide rich digital banking experience to its customers across all digital channels.

As part of this partnership, ZineOne, a start-up based in Silicon Valley, will deploy its innovative Customer Interactions Hub (CIH) to provide personalized, seamless, and rich digital banking experiences across all digital banking channels of the bank. It will benefit over 40 million customers of the bank.

The Customer Interactions Hub will establish a single customer identity and bring real-time, contextual, and omni-channel functionality to interactions across businesses, applications and digital properties including web applications, mobile apps, digital wallet, website, kiosks, and ATMs. This will enable a seamless customer experience across HDFC Bank’s Netbanking, Mobile Banking, and apps such as PayZapp (a complete payment solution), Loan Assist, and HDFC Securities, among others.

“Digitization for us is nothing but enhancing customer convenience and delight. All our innovations are aimed at giving them the flexibility to choose from multiple customer touch points and digital channels. With this partnership with ZineOne, the customer experience on these digital banking channels will be seamless, personalized, and richer,” said Mr. Nitin Chugh, Country Head – Digital Banking, HDFC Bank.

“We are excited to be working with HDFC Bank on this project,” said Debjani Deb, co-founder and CEO of ZineOne. “Our big data technology stack is designed to process the massive volumes of incoming customer activities data and provide sub-second responses within the customers’ immediate context. Additionally, our out-of-the-box use-cases enablement approach combined with dynamic events and customer segmentation will help us execute HDFC Bank’s customer engagement initiatives within minutes or hours rather than days or weeks.”
