WealthAi, the AI operating system for wealth managers, has partnered with Flanks, the AI wealth data infrastructure, to bring institution-grade data from more than 650 institutions worldwide directly into the WealthAi platform.

Today, family offices, external asset managers (EAMs) and private banks rely on legacy data service providers to connect to a growing number of custodians, investment managers and other third-party providers. As their own clients' banking and custody relationships have become increasingly global, firms have been forced to rely on complex and expensive legacy infrastructure to aggregate and manage data. The result is fragmented information and labour-intensive manual processes to upload, reconcile and validate data across multiple formats and sources - from PDFs and bank statements to spreadsheets. This creates significant ongoing operating costs while still leaving firms without a complete view of every client across all custodians and asset classes, including alternatives.

Under the partnership, WealthAi clients can access Flanks' automated wealth data infrastructure directly through the WealthAi AI operating system, providing institution-grade, compliant portfolio data with complete 360° visibility across all asset classes and institutions, within a single platform.

For family offices, EAMs and private banks this means replacing fragmented, expensive legacy technology with a single AI-powered platform. By bringing together AI agents for workflow automation and the ability to harness compliant, high-quality data, firms can automate processes across front, middle and back office while reducing costs, simplifying their technology stack and accelerating AI adoption.

The partnership reflects growing demand from wealth managers for integrated technology platforms that combine AI, data and workflows, as firms look to simplify fragmented technology stacks and accelerate AI adoption*.

Jason Nabi, CEO and Founder, WealthAi comments: "Wealth Managers are over paying for legacy vendor technology that is no longer fit for purpose. Many firms are still paying basis-point fees for data infrastructure that requires manual reconciliation and doesn't deliver the clean, connected data modern wealth management demands. At WealthAi, we're bringing together the very best AI capabilities and partner services in a platform that's simple to adopt and delivers immediate value. Having a single source of truth that's continuously updated and connected to AI agents driving processes across the business should be the new standard for wealth management.

“By partnering with Flanks we're giving our clients immediate access to more than 650 custodian connections through a single AI platform. Instead of stitching together expensive legacy providers, firms can access the data, workflows and AI capabilities they need in one place.”

Joaquim de la Cruz CEO and Co-founder Flanks, says: "We've spent the last seven years solving the data problem in wealth management, because sophisticated wealth management shouldn't be reserved for the few - it should be within reach for many more people. The current AI moment makes that even more exciting: it's a real chance to accelerate adoption and access across the industry. Fragmented, low-quality data is still one of the biggest barriers to harnessing AI at scale, and Flanks is ready to change that.

“What WealthAi is building is powerful because it puts that data straight to work for family offices, asset managers and private banks, turning it into action instead of more dashboards to dig through. This partnership is a great example of what that looks like in practice, and a blueprint for how AI will scale across the industry."
