An interview with Dawid Rożek, CEO ZEN.COM.

Financial IT: Can you please briefly tell us about yourself and your company’s mission?

Dawid Rożek  [DR]: I gained business acumen and knowledge with my first gaming platform G2A. I have a strong belief that money management should be easy and effortless. That's why I founded ZEN in 2019, which is already present in 32 countries. My mission is to provide secure and reliable services we offer to business and consumers. Comprehensive, from payment gateway, multi-currency account, payment platform, to cryptocurrency solutions.

Financial IT:  What makes ZEN stand out from competitors?

DR: ZEN is an option that combines state-of-the-art technology with a simple message to the user. Our customers are handled by a licensed, transparent entity, so they can feel secure. We also give more, including ZEN Care insurance, an extra year of warranty on electronics or cashback for purchases from our partners. A key advantage for traditional currencies is the cost of maintaining the transactions we offer.

Financial IT: How do you reach easy no-brainer integrations and instant settlements for your users?

DR: ZEN offers easy and affordable operations and billing, which is based on easy no-brainer integrations. This is an important aspect that enables simple onboarding to the system. Merchants setting up an IBAN account get easy API integration, or plugging in a sales platform. Those inexperienced in e-commerce need not worry, as during onboarding, KYC is conducted in "natural language," meaning information is conveyed in a clear and understandable manner.  

Financial IT: ZEN recently stepped into the partnership with Mobilum Technologies. Can you tell us how exactly these strategic alliances help your business grow?

DR: ZEN offers solutions for the cryptocurrency market. These include cryptocurrency exchange. We are already working with entities in the sector. We offer the processing of fiat money (FIAT) into cryptocurrencies. This strategy influences the comprehensive development of ZEN. Cryptocurrency-related clients are also starting to take advantage of ZEN's full account services. This is part of a strategy to build scale. We are already studying the processing of digital assets into real ones, for different asset variants - digital assets already have real value, the market will have to exchange them....

Financial IT: What are your future plans for the company?

DR: We plan to expand the business to more markets and scale it up. We have the most competitive offer in the market - not only in terms of price but also related to customer service. The ZEN ecosystem provides customers with peace of mind and is ideal for those looking for ways to grow globally. The ZEN.COM platform supports such strategies by leveling regulatory risks and increasing business liquidity, sales and purchasing security levels. We take on money flow monitoring, onboarding - KYC, and currency optimization. We are also the fastest in processing transactions. This reliance allows our clients to focus on operations and grow.
