Bolsa Boliviana de Valores (BBV) and BME have started up a new trading platform for the Latin American venue as part of the market’s upgrade. 

The new IT system, called SMART BBV, was designed and developed by BME and supports several markets operated by the Group, including equities and fixed income. 

The start-up of SMART BBV helps the Bolivian stock market move forward with the technological and functional upgrade of its markets for financial instruments. BME helped with the roll-out, as well as maintenance and support. 

WEX, a leading provider of corporate payment solutions, has today announced that they have entered into an international agreement with Ypsilon.Net AG, a global provider of internet travel technology and payment solutions for airlines, consolidators, travel portals and travel agencies. With the agreement in place, WEX is expanding its presence within the travel payment space in Germany.

Avelacom, a global network operator, has established a new point of presence (PoP) in DataSpace facilities to be in close proximity to Moscow Exchange (MoEx) and to optimize its customers’ access to the exchange’s electronic systems.

DataSpace, Russia’s first Uptime Institute certified Tier III Gold data center, is recognized for its peerless level of security, reliability and operational excellence, will begin serving as a primary data center facility for MoEx from November 2016.
