The acquisition will complement Markit’s leading Portfolio Valuations service and enable Markit to offer customers enhanced coverage of complex OTC derivatives and structured OTC products. It will also expand Markit’s customer base among regional banks and structured product issuers.

Houlihan Lokey, the global investment bank, today announced that it has appointed Jacqueline Kosecoff, Ph.D. to its Board of Directors, (“Board”) as an independent director. The appointment is effective immediately, and she will stand for election to the Board at the 2016 annual meeting of shareholders. Dr. Kosecoff will serve on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. With the addition, the Board expands to eleven members, three of whom are independent.
