GRENKE, a global Financial Services provider, is saving more than 12 hours each week in the monitoring of its database systems. 

GRENKE AG is a global financing specialist for small and medium-sized companies. Its head office is in Baden-Baden and it employs more than 1,700 people in 33 countries. Around 60 software developers are employed for the operation and development of GRENKE core applications. Thomas Kronawitter, Head of Data-Driven Applications & Services, and his service teams ensure the smooth operation of IT Enterprise Services. The data platform team, with its five database administrators, oversees more than 5,000 SQL server databases, on 160 database servers, with a data volume of around 250 terabytes.
