O’Neil Securities Enhances its Team with New Hires

O’Neil Securities, Incorporated, a registered broker-dealer providing high-touch trading services to the institutional investment community, is pleased to announce several recent appointments to its team in its newly established Boston headquarters. The infusion of trading expertise further strengthens the firm’s capabilities and its partnership with the firm’s affiliated registered investment advisor, William O’Neil + Co., enriching the service offerings for clients of both entities.

Kevin Carroll has been named Managing Director, Head of Sales Trading for O’Neil Securities. Carroll has more than 25 years of experience in sales trading, providing unique insight into the needs of the institutional investing community. Most recently, he was a senior vice president at State Street Bank and Trust, developing the firm’s trading and commission management platform. He joined State Street during its acquisition of Pulse Trading, an agency brokerage firm, where he was a managing partner.

Stephen Puleo joins the firm as an Equity Sales Trader, where he brings 23 years of experience in the capital markets and a proven track record of success in research sales and global trade execution. Puleo has worked at Imperial Capital, Morgan Keegan, and Canaccord, and has also served in leadership roles as a Governor of the National Securities Traders Association (STA) and as President of the Boston Securities Traders Association (BSTA).

Richard Radulski also joins the Boston-based team as an Equity Sales Trader after an 18-year tenure at State Street Global Markets, where he managed trading relationships with some of the world’s largest asset managers. Radulski’s deep relationships and expertise will help service clients and build O’Neil’s client-centric business.
