Keira Rawlinson Joined Opus Bank as Managing Director, Head of Fiduciary Banking

Opus Bank announced that Keira Rawlinson was named Managing Director, Head of Fiduciary Banking. Ms. Rawlinson is a 14-year banking veteran with extensive experience banking title and escrow companies, 1031 Exchange accommodators, property management firms, homeowners associations, and other types of businesses that serve as fiduciaries. Ms. Rawlinson is additionally responsible for developing 1031 Exchange transaction opportunities for Opus’ Exchange division, which serves as a Qualified Intermediary for Section 1031 tax deferred like-kind exchanges.

Ms. Rawlinson joined Opus in April 2016 as Director, Client Manager - Fiduciary Banking. From 2012 to 2016, Ms. Rawlinson served as Vice President, 1031 Exchange/Financial Intermediaries Relationship Manager with Citibank, N.A. and was responsible for developing 1031 Exchange transaction opportunities and building client relationships with title and escrow companies, property management firms, and insurance companies. From 2002 to 2012, Ms. Rawlinson served as Vice President, 1031 Exchange Officer at City National Bank, where she was responsible for expanding client relationships with fiduciaries, such as attorneys, title and escrow companies, and client advisors. Ms. Rawlinson holds the Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) designation and is a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).
