Corefy, a unified payment operating system, has introduced KPI charts: built-in dashboards that turn raw transaction, payment attempt, and payment request data into clear performance metrics. Available in the latest version of the platform, the charts show payment teams how their providers, payment methods, and merchant accounts have performed over the last 24 hours and 7 days, how provider balances are moving, and whether merchant notifications are being delivered.

The data payment managers need to make routing and provider decisions is usually spread across provider dashboards, logs, and exports. Pulling it together takes time, and problems such as a degrading provider or an underperforming payment method often surface only after they have already cost approvals. KPI charts bring that data into one place, directly inside the platform where teams manage their routing.

KPI charts give payment teams visibility into five areas:

  • Provider performance at a glance. For both pay-ins and payouts, the charts show how much volume each provider has processed successfully, how much has failed, and how much is still pending. Teams can see when a provider's failure share starts climbing and adjust routing or cascading rules before the issue spreads across volume.

  • Provider balance tracking. Teams can track how their balance with each provider has changed over the past day and week, with automatic updates for providers that support it. Spotting a draining balance early helps avoid liquidity gaps that could disrupt payouts.

  • Conversion by payment method. The charts show how well each payment method turns payment attempts into successful payments. Since method-level conversion directly affects overall approval rates, payment managers can quickly see which methods are holding performance back and where optimization will pay off most.

  • Webhook delivery monitoring. The charts track whether notifications to merchants are delivered successfully. A rise in failed deliveries flags an integration issue early, before it affects order statuses or reconciliation on the merchant's side.

  • Diagnostics across the account hierarchy. When results drop, teams can narrow the problem down from the merchant level to a specific payment method and provider, pinpointing where the payment flow breaks without investigating the entire setup.

All metrics are calculated in the organization's own time zone, so daily and weekly figures match the team's working reality.

"Every payment stack already produces the data needed to run it, but it comes in fragments, scattered across providers and methods. KPI charts assemble those fragments into a single operational picture, so teams can manage approval rates, provider performance and liquidity from one place. That's what commanding your payments looks like in practice: acting on the numbers while there's still time to change them," said Denys Kyrychenko, CEO and Co-founder at Corefy.

KPI charts are available to Corefy clients on the new version of the platform.
