Bourgeois Boheme, a fintech company targeting the next generation of successful entrepreneurs, has closed a €6.5 million seed round led by Graphit Lifestyle.

BoBo is the first fintech to offer digitized family cash flow management and high-value transactions through its advanced AI-enhanced security systems. Unlike traditional digital banks, BoBo specializes in unlimited wire transfers and card transactions up to €1,000,000, and supports the management of dispersed assets for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

As 65% of young high-net-worth individuals are expected to grow their wealth in 2024, driven by tech-savvy founders and entrepreneurs, BoBo’s platform addresses the need for efficient cash flow management. It features secondary-account management for third-party transactions, invoice handling, and the ability to embed payment chips in various accessories. BoBo offers premium metal and 18k gold cards through Mastercard, along with exclusive 24/7 lifestyle assistance and a dedicated relationship manager.

Founded by experienced entrepreneurs from banking, family offices, and IT, BoBo plans to use the funding to enhance its services, including adding a third-party management panel and expanding into the MENA region. Operating under EEA and UK Electronic Money Institution licenses and approved by Mastercard, BoBo employs advanced technology to ensure secure transactions and detect fraud, issuing secondary cards and devices with pre-set limits for family and staff usage.
