Sidetrade Wins the Largest Contract in its History in the United States

Sidetrade announces that it has reached an agreement with an American IT services giant, marking the largest market in its history. The contract represents an order intake of $4.2 million over an initial term of three years.

As of the first quarter of 2022, Sidetrade has signed a global contract for an initial period of three years with an American company specializing in strategic technology consulting and the delivery of critical IT services. Listed on the NYSE and belonging to the "Fortune 500 global technology services", this player is present in 70 countries, has more than 130,000 employees and supports the digital transformation of the largest private companies and public organizations in the world.

With a turnover of more than 17 billion dollars, the control of the Working Capital Requirement, and in particular of customer payment terms, had become a crucial issue for this group which had placed the securing and acceleration of cash flow generation has been at the heart of its financial objectives for several years. Sidetrade will equip all employees in charge of the Order-to-Cash process, and in particular those within their four shared service centers. Sidetrade's Augmented Cash platform with Aimie , the Artificial Intelligence technology, will replace worldwide another American solution currently used by the group.

This new contract, the largest in Sidetrade's history, is fully in line with the Fusion100 growth plan, which notably aims to integrate the Top 3 players on the North American continent. In line with its record order intake in the fourth quarter of 2021 and the 16% growth in its SaaS activities 1 , Sidetrade – with this new contract – smashes its SaaS order intake record for a single customer with a total value of $4.2 million in Annual Recurring Revenue over three years.
