Sentry Investments is pleased to announce that Aubrey Hearn, Vice-President and Senior Portfolio Manager, has been named Investment Executive's Mutual Fund Manager of the Year for 2015.

Each year, Investment Executive features one manager who demonstrates consistent outperformance over 10 years, on the basis that while one year of strong returns is not unusual, a long-term track record of outperformance is exceptional and merits a closer look. This marks the second straight year that a Sentry manager has earned the award; Michael Simpson, Senior Vice-President and Senior Portfolio Manager, won in 2014.

Aubrey is the lead manager of Sentry Small/Mid Cap Income Fund and Sentry U.S. Growth and Income Fund, and co-manager of Sentry U.S. Balanced Income Fund. He is also a member of the management team for Sentry's flagship fund, Sentry Canadian Income Fund, and manages the U.S. equity sleeve of Sentry Personal Pension Portfolios.
