Cloud9’s purpose-built communication and data digitisation platform captures voice conversations of institutional traders that can be repurposed for regulatory reporting, monitoring and trade reconstruction via BSL’s optimisation platform.

The core module provides reporting and portal view into one or more recording systems and can be seamlessly integrated into existing workflows, addressing rising infrastructure costs faced by financial institutions and incentivising them to leverage voice data more effectively. It has the ability to ingest voice, SMS, and IM chat data.
