The Chilean company specializing in biometric identity verification and electronic signature TOC has recently created the International Management area which will be led by Andrés Landerrretche (52), a lawyer at the University of Chile and former diplomat.

Landerretche has developed his career mainly abroad where he excelled in the diplomatic service of Chile with assignments in South Africa and as delegate of Chile to the United Nations in New York. He also led the area of ​​corporate affairs, communications, environment and community relations in different business divisions of BHP Billiton in Chile and Australia.

Before taking over as TOC International Manager, he was managing partner of ENCO Sustainability Consulting, specializing in environmental sustainability, community relations and strategic communications.

TOC has initiated a strong international positioning plan with the recent opening of offices in Europe as well as other business opportunities with the Fintech industry and its integration in the financial digital ecosystem that Landerretche will continue developing and implementing.
