Clausematch, a technology company developing solutions for regulatory compliance, was selected today to join the sixth cohort of the Investment Association (IA) Engine Innovator Programme. The announcement was made at the EmTech Global Conference, held in London earlier Thursday. 

The IA Advisory Panel, which comprises 28 experts from investment management and related disciplines, was impressed by the focus and quality of Clausematch’s SaaS platform and its potential impact to its members, which are some of the largest wealth, investment, and asset managers in the world. Criteria for selection into the latest cohort included solutions that had an emphasis on big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud technology.

The sixth-month program includes support and mentorship as well as connections between Clausematch and leaders in the investment industry with the mission to showcase the best technology solutions for investment management teams. Firms will also meet with relevant IA Committees to gather ideas on how their technology can transform industry processes and unlock opportunities.

Since the launch of the IA Innovator Programme in 2018, the Engine has successfully worked with five cohorts of fintech companies. The Investment Association has 250 members that manage £10 trillion of assets, and the investment management industry supports 114,000 jobs across the UK.
