VISTRA Appoints Karen Bennett As Chief Delivery Officer

Vistra, a leading provider of essential business solutions that help organisations to invest and grow efficiently and compliantly across the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Bennett as Chief Delivery Officer (CDO).  

Karen joined Vistra in 2024 after the merger with Tricor to lead operational excellence and prior to her new CDO role, was Vice President of Global Delivery and Operational Excellence reporting into Kim Jenkins. Now, as part of Vistra’s Executive Committee, Karen will oversee the operational transformation and productivity agenda for the Global Delivery Organisation, as well as supporting the broader Vistra delivery agenda.

Karen is an accomplished transformation executive with a track record of driving enterprise-wide change, operational excellence and measurable value creation.   

Previously, Karen was part of the transformation office at LRQA, where she contributed to shaping and executing the post-acquisition strategy following its sale to Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Her earlier roles include senior positions at SAI Global including as Head of Technology and Transformation in the Assurance division and she was a key member of the deal team during the sale of the Assurance business from BPEA to Intertek.
