Tuum, the next-generation core banking provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bhavna Rishi as Global Head of Partnerships. With nearly two decades of experience driving fintech collaboration and commercial growth across Europe and the UK, Bhavna brings a strategic edge to Tuum’s evolving ecosystem and global expansion strategy.

In her new role, Bhavna will lead the development of Tuum’s global partnerships function, building and scaling strategic alliances with consulting firms and systems integrators, technology partners, and fintech enablers. Her appointment supports Tuum’s broader commitment to accelerating growth through both direct sales and a partner-led model.

Bhavna joins Tuum with a proven track record of shaping and scaling high-performing partnership programs across fintech, SaaS, and banking technology. She spent over nine years at Publicis Sapient, most recently serving as Global Alliances and Partner Marketing Lead, where she played a key role in developing strategic alliances and driving co-marketing initiatives across global technology ecosystems.  She has consistently delivered market expansion and revenue growth by unlocking value through intentional, strategic collaboration.
