Swift Prepaid Solutions welcomes two key executives to its leadership team: Doug Haines as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Gordan Redzic as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). These hires come on the heels of Swift’s acquisition late last year by Dallas-based Syncapay, a new holding company launched by payments industry veterans and backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Silversmith Capital Partners, MissionOG and Nyca Partners.

Haines is responsible for revenue-related strategy, initiatives and results, and Redzic is responsible for these same functions in the areas of technology and product development.

Haines joins Swift with more than 14 years of experience in the prepaid industry. Most recently he served as Vice President of Sales and Key Account Management at Wirecard North America. Previously, he held similar leadership positions at Citi Prepaid Services and Ecount.

“Entry of true fintech disruptors into the payment space has slowed in recent years,” said Haines. “Swift’s current strategy for growth is well-timed and I’m excited to be a part of it.”

Redzic is a technology leader who brings extensive experience with mobile, Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS, cloud computing, location-based services, and quality assurance to the team. Before joining Swift, Redzic served as Vice President of Product Development at Sleep Number where he was responsible for SleepIQ, the company’s smart sleep platform, and the development of the company’s smart bed technology. Prior to Sleep Number, Redzic held senior leadership positions at Paylocity, NAVTEQ, and Motorola.

“Swift is an emerging technology leader in the payment space,” said Redzic. “I’m looking forward to working with the team to solve industry challenges with creative applications of tech.”

“The deep expertise of these seasoned leaders will play a vital role as we disrupt the market and shape the future of payments.” said Swift CEO and President, Braven Imai. “Doug and Gordan have the knowledge, drive and experience to help Swift continue to transform corporate-funded payments into game-changing products and experiences. I’m thrilled to add these accomplished leaders to our team of client-focused innovators.”
