Startupbootcamp Fintech London Appoints Liz Lumley As Managing Director

 Startupbootcamp FinTech, the leading accelerator focused on financial innovation and part of the global Startupbootcamp network, announced today that Liz Lumley has been appointed as the new managing director for London. Lumley will be responsible for the running of the accelerator programme in London as part of the rapidly expanding global team.

An influential and well-known personality in fintech circles, Lumley brings over 21 years’ experience in the financial technology and services sector, where she most recently served as the special projects editor at financial technology newswire, Finextra. Prior to that, she served as editor at a number of financial publications including Inside Reference Data and Waters Technology. Liz is a regular speaker on the global conference circuit on fintech as well as investment, retail and global transactional banking.

“I have seen a lot of changes in banking, technology and financial services over the past two decades, and I believe passionately in the development of the burgeoning fintech sector. Drawing on her considerable experience as a global fintech ambassador and financial technology journalist, Liz will work closely with Startupbootcamp FinTech co-founder and global managing director Nektarios Liolios, and the whole global Startupbootcamp team.
