Smartr365 appoints Jens Wikholm as Design and Experience Director

Smartr365, the end-to-end software platform provider for mortgage businesses, has today announced the appointment of Jens Wikholm as Design and Experience Director.
In his new role, Jens will craft Smartr365’s market leading technology to ensure the platform is user friendly and streamlined for all users. Jens most recent experience includes building the team, product and brand for fintech, Hyperjar, where he added to his excellent track record of turning great ideas into successful products or companies. Harnessing his skills in these areas, he will lead the creation of a world class user experience and product design for Smartr365.
Smartr365’s ‘You Ask, We Build’ commitment gives users the opportunity to provide ‘in app’ feedback and requests for new product functionalities. Jens’ role within the Smartr team will ensure users are able to get the most of their subscription and can reap the benefits of the platform’s regular developments and updates.
Harnessing his background in developing product design and user experience models for fintech and social media companies, Jens will assist Smartr365 as they become the first ‘true-tech’ company within the mortgage industry; defined by agile work, high growth, consistent evolution and a continued investment in digitalisation.
