SimCorp, a leading provider of investment management solutions and services for the global financial services industry, today announced the appointment of Stuart Keeler as new Managing Director of SimCorp Coric. In this role, he will be responsible for the continued growth of SimCorp’s global client communications and reporting business.

Stuart Keeler has extensive experience in both asset management and IT services, having held a variety of commercial and general management positions in software firms in the UK and US. His experience includes 13 years as Managing Director at eFront, a leading software provider to private equity markets in the UK, where he for instance oversaw international expansion into the Middle East and North America.

Commenting on his appointment, Stuart Keeler said: “As one of the most visible aspects of client service, client reporting is a vital function that every wealth and asset manager wants to deliver effectively. SimCorp Coric has established a leadership position, successfully implementing client communications automation and reporting solutions for many of the largest wealth and asset managers in the world, and it is an exciting time to join the business. My goal is to build on SimCorp Coric’s success by continuing to attract new clients and strengthen our existing relationships, while evolving the solution offering to satisfy future client demands.”

Georg Hetrodt, Executive Vice President of SimCorp’s Product Development and Chairman of SimCorp Coric’s Board of Directors, said: “With his solid track record, vast experience leading large IT and financial services organizations, and innovative approach to generating business growth, Stuart is ideally suited to leading the SimCorp Coric team into the future.”

Stuart Keeler replaces Klaus Andersen, who assumed responsibility for SimCorp Coric upon acquisition of the business (then known as Equipos) in February 2014.
