Siegfried Welcomes JoAnna Mao to its Leadership Team

The Siegfried Group, LLP (Siegfried) is proud to announce that JoAnna Maohas joined its National Market Leadership Team as a Professional Resource Director (PRD) for the Northern California Market.

"Becoming a PRD is a testament to an individual's commitment and dedication to Siegfried's values and higher purpose — we help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives," said Wendy Sauré, Senior Vice President and Regional Market Leader for Siegfried's West region. 

Responsible for the execution of human resource strategy, PRDs are vital to Siegfried's success. They play a pivotal role in professional development, individual leadership, deployment and recruiting, and they ensure that Siegfried's values, promises, and higher purpose are realized and incorporated in all aspects of work.

JoAnna joined Siegfried in 2013 as a Professional Resource. In that role, she worked in many different industries, gaining valuable knowledge and skills that supported her in her career at Siegfried and as she became a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, she worked closely with her peers, coaching and mentoring them through a multitude of assignments and opportunities.

"Being a Team Leader was such a wonderful experience," JoAnna said. "It was so rewarding to be the person my team turned to for advice and guidance as they worked with clients and overcame challenges. As a PRD, I look forward to further fostering relationships with Professional Resources and Siegfried Leadership — it's a great opportunity to help others enhance their professional and personal lives."

Prior to joining Siegfried, JoAnna was a Senior Associate at PwC in New York. She earned both her Bachelor's degree in business administration and journalism and her Master's degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
