Synechron, the global financial services consulting and technology services provider, has today announced that Sébastien Glineur has joined as Head of its digital practice in Paris.

Sébastien Glineur brings over 15+ years’ experience in the banking sector, including nearly 12 years in Strategy and Organizational Consulting within the largest French banking institutions such as BNP Paribas, Société Générale, and La Banque Postale, where he led complex and strategic programs, and focused on both operational performance and optimization of processes and organizations. He also led the creation and implementation of Target Operating Models in these organizations. Sébastien Glineur’s experience has spanned the Retail, Private Banking, and Investment Banking sectors, specializing on Digital Transformation issues, including automation and artificial intelligence implementations, at major French banks. Sébastien Glineur will leverage this unique range of experience to add value and expand the profile of the Digital services in France.
