VASCO Data Security International, a global leader in authentication, electronic signatures, and identity management, has appointed Ryan Murphy as area sales manager in the UK and Ireland in a move that builds on the company’s ongoing investment in the UK. His appointment is effective immediately.

Murphy will support the growing global demand across both the private and public sector for the company’s robust two-factor authentication, digital signature, and identity management solutions which have become a go-to essential for public and private sector organisations in their mission to protect themselves from evolving security threats.

Prior to this role, Murphy held a number of senior account manager roles across businesses spanning NTS (UK), igxglobal UK and Armadillo and has built up an in-depth knowledge of the IT security and networking landscape.

Murphy will report to Christian Hertsens, Director, Sales, End-to-End Authentication EMEA/LAM.
